By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.
 
2. Research Use Only
Products identified as “For Research Use Only” are sold strictly for research purposes and are not for human consumption.
 
By purchasing these products, you acknowledge their intended research use and accept responsibility for handling, storage, possession, and use in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
 
Information provided on this website is for general informational and research purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.
 
Research products and information on this website are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease.
 
Statements concerning research products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
 
3. Product Information
Phoenix Helix Institute makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, quantities, pricing, and availability. Information may be corrected or updated when necessary.
 
PHI does not manufacture products unless specifically stated otherwise.
 
When manufacturer, supplier, or third-party testing documentation such as a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available, it may be provided for informational purposes. PHI does not represent third-party testing as testing performed independently by Phoenix Helix Institute.
 
4. Orders & Payment
Submitting an order reserves available inventory but does not constitute confirmation of payment.
 
Orders awaiting payment will be held for 24 hours. If payment cannot be verified within that period, the order may be canceled and the reserved products returned to available inventory.
 
Customers should use their PHI Order ID when submitting payment whenever the selected payment method allows a reference or note.
 
Payment instructions will be provided after checkout.
 
PHI reserves the right to cancel or decline an order when necessary, including for inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment discrepancies, or circumstances that prevent fulfillment.
 
5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature and handling requirements of our products, all sales are final once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
 
Research products that have left our control cannot be returned or exchanged.
 
If you receive an incorrect product, missing item, or damaged shipment, contact PHI promptly after delivery. Please provide your Order ID and photographs when applicable so the issue can be reviewed.
 
PHI will review verified order problems individually and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable law.
 
6. Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
 
Orders are shipped from within the United States to eligible U.S. destinations. UPS Ground and USPS Ground or USPS Priority (when available) will be used for shipping. 
 
Tracking information will be provided when available.
 
PHI is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or delivery problems resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
 
If a package is lost or damaged during transit, contact PHI so the shipment can be reviewed and, where appropriate, a carrier claim can be initiated.
 
7. Storage & Handling
Customers are responsible for following the storage and handling information provided with or applicable to the product purchased.
 
PHI is not responsible for product deterioration or damage resulting from improper storage, handling, reconstitution, or use after delivery.
 
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Phoenix Helix Institute is not responsible for damages or losses arising from misuse, improper handling or storage, use inconsistent with product labeling, or use contrary to applicable law.
 
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
 
9. Business Status
Phoenix Helix Institute, LLC is a research compound reseller and does not operate as a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined by Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and is not registered as an outsourcing facility under Section 503B. 
 
10. Privacy
Information submitted through this website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
 
11. Changes to These Terms
PHI may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
 
Continued use of the website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
